Five out of ten Portland comics had their first performance at this venerable institution. And if Kevin Michael-Moore tells you you’re funny, consider it an honor. Great, big, open room, great crowd (who aren’t all comedians), brings A-list Portland comics, nice bar.
Facebook Kevin at 12:01am day of the show.
I love this open mic. The audience isn’t just comedians and you really feel like you made it. Other comics will warn you that this will give you a false sense of your own comic powers, but an occasional boost to your comedy ego is a good thing. Slug it out around town at other open mics, and sip this one like a fine champagne. Most comics who sign up will only get on the list once per month or less. Enjoy it!

Great open mic, great atmosphere even to just hang out and chill. Sign up by facebook messaging Anatoli Brandt starting at 12:01, day of the show.
One of the most accessible open mics in town. Cool stage, great atmosphere, $2 PBR. I really like the 7:30 show, signup starts at 6:45pm. I really consider this open mic my workout room/gymnasium.
Maybe my current favorite. Beautiful room, great stage, clean venue, no pee on the floors in the restroom, $2 PBR.Sign up in person starting around 6pm, show starts at 8pm.
It might just have been my lucky night, but this fun new open mic had Gabe Dinger, Ian Karmel, Alex Falcone, Anthony Lopez and Amy Miller the first night I went. Guess what, I just saved myself $30 plus I got to share the stage with the best Portland has to offer.
